Cultivated in Tainan Dongshan mountain area, we proudly present the Aiyuzi Miaoli no.2 after years of hardwork and care since we adopted the variety from Miaoli District Agricultural Research and Extension Station a decade ago.
Aiyuzi Miaoli no.2 has the characteristics of high pectin (75% higher than ordinary varieties) and high conversion enzymes, which helps release pectin during the washing process and quick formation of the jelly.  The washed Aiyuzi jelly has a light golden amber color and a smooth and elastic texture.  Add your favourite toppings - honey, fruit juices, fresh fruits - for a unique taste of Taiwan dessert!
Each pack of Aiyuzi jelly comes with a net pouch for the washing process.
