This is 100% pure concentrated Shikuwasa lime juice, exclusively from Ogimi Village in Okinawa. It is made with fully riped yellow Shikuwasa limes harvested between November and December, which is named "Kugani" (golden) by the locals. Compared to the green Shikuwasa limes, these yellow limes have a higher sugar content and a sweeter taste, can often be enjoyed as fruits on their own.

Nobiletin, the key nutrient of Shikuwasa lime, is mostly found in the peel and is a fantastic nutrient for health and beauty. Our juice is made by pressing the whole fruit, including the peel, to ensure you get the best absorption of nobiletin.
